    Get to Know the RoleAs a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods or services based on company needs while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to support smooth procurement operations, maintain strong supplier relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
    Responsibilities:Source vendors and procure goods based on company needsBuild and maintain good relationships with vendorsNegotiate with vendors regarding pricing and agreementsPlan procurement activities effectivelyEnsure procurement requests are fulfilled on timeEvaluate procurement processes and vendor performance
    Qualification:Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any majorMinimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement Staff (preferably from the Beauty Industry)Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficient in analyzing data using Microsoft ExcelWilling to be placed in Tangerang City

    Get to Know the RoleAs a Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will lead and drive business growth by managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing product development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong client relationships, and executing effective strategies to support successful product commercialization.
    Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales & marketing team to ensure performance aligns with company targets and KPIsEnsure the team achieves sales & marketing targets and company objectivesAchieve individual and team sales targets (revenue, volume, and growth)Handle team challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operational executionPrepare reports and evaluate team performance regularlyConduct B2B (Business to Business) sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and closing dealBuild, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat orders and customer loyaltyIdentify new business opportunities and expand market reach by acquiring potential clientsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needsOversee product development initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end commercializationIntroduce and promote product innovations aligned with market trends and customer demandsConduct market research (local & international) to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide strategic recommendations
