Get to Know the RoleAs a Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will lead and drive business growth by managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing product development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong client relationships, and executing effective strategies to support successful product commercialization.
Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales & marketing team to ensure performance aligns with company targets and KPIsEnsure the team achieves sales & marketing targets and company objectivesAchieve individual and team sales targets (revenue, volume, and growth)Handle team challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operational executionPrepare reports and evaluate team performance regularlyConduct B2B (Business to Business) sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and closing dealBuild, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat orders and customer loyaltyIdentify new business opportunities and expand market reach by acquiring potential clientsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needsOversee product development initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end commercializationIntroduce and promote product innovations aligned with market trends and customer demandsConduct market research (local & international) to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any majorProven experience in sales & marketing in the same industry for a minimum of 3 years as staff, or prior experience in a supervisory role is a plusStrong interest in the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and makeupUnderstanding of beauty market trends and consumer behaviorStrong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsTarget-driven and able to work under pressure and deadlinesWilling to work in Tangerang, Banten
