    Key Responsibilities: Create visual designs for employer branding needs, including social media content, campaign materials, and internal communications.Capture photos and videos during content production sessions.Handle video editing and post-production to produce engaging and high-quality content.Coordinate with talents or participants involved in content creation.Manage and execute design requests from internal stakeholders across different departments.Support and operate OBS tools for online townhall or live streaming events.
    Requirements:Proven experience 1 -2 years in graphic design and video editing.Strong skills in design & video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Capcut, Canva or similar).Common knowledge of photo/video production and shooting techniques.Familiar with OBS or other live streaming tools for online events.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design requests.Good communication and collaboration skills.
