Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company’s employer branding social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok).Develop content ideas, editorial calendars, and scheduling plans for social media.Create storyboards, narratives, and engaging copywriting for employer branding content.Coordinate and manage content production budgets.Source and coordinate talents or employees involved in content creation.Design and produce the monthly company newsletter.Lead and direct the content shooting process to ensure quality and brand alignment.Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to improve future campaigns.Support and coordinate employer branding activities, including campus visits and company visit programs.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.Experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding.Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.Familiar with social media analytics and performance tracking.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
