  • Position IntroductoryWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes and executing recruitment activities across several diverse business arms internationally. The role requires creative thinking, good knowledge of international labor legislation, resourcefulness, and hands-on approach
    Job Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processReview, propose, enhance, and execute recruitment policies, work processes, workflow, hiring plans, induction programs, etc.Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust.Attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the region for current and future needs.Participate and contribute to employment branding initiatives.Ensure offer of salaries and benefits comply with pay equity internally and externally.Review, update, and maintain job descriptions database.Serve as the point of contact for all hiring status internationally.Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works, including induction programs for new joiners.Design and execute periodic/monthly reports for management, as necessary or when requested, to track hiring goals and accomplishments.Facilitating recruitment meetings with overseas TA personnel, ensuring hiring status is up to date.Provide support to overseas counterparts on recruiting needs.Any other ad-hoc activities or projects assigned by the Senior HR Director/Manager, TA.
    Requirements:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management, or equivalent.Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity with exposure to international hiring and its related matters.Prior experience from a related industry (such as Manufacturing or FMCG), agency/ head-hunter background will be advantageous.Willing to be placed in our Malang Factory and work full-time from the office (WFO)
    Specific Requirements:Effectively bilingual for effective correspondence with English-speaking internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decisions, coordinates effectively with stakeholders (local & overseas).Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.Outgoing and possess a "Can Do" attitude with good interpersonal skills.Ability to identify bottlenecks in the recruiting and onboarding process.

  • Legal Counsel

    Regulatory and Compliance Legal Counsel The incumbent will be a key contributor, managing and advising on all legal regulatory and compliance matters within the Group.
    Responsibilities and DutiesManaging the regulatory matters of the Group, including communications with government and regulatory agencies and legal professionals. Oversee the regulatory framework of the Group. Collaborating and advising with the senior management team to devise mitigation strategies to meet regulatory risk. Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance. Providing local law advice and counsel on cross-border and in country regulatory issues. Working with business units to help develop and execute their business strategies and objectives. Advising on licensing and conduct regulations in various jurisdictions. Lead and engage in projects of a regulatory nature. Working with stakeholders on dealings with regulators in the APAC region. Providing legal advice on compliance policies, advising and working with other compliance functions. Keeping all business units updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the law applicable to the Group’s businesses. Qualifications & RequirementsCompleted a Bachelor of Law (LLB) undergraduate degree or an equivalent degree. Preference for candidates with experience in tobacco or pharmaceutical industries. Adaptable, versatile and commercial, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment PQE more than 5 years Applicants from law firms who have performed regulatory work before will add an advantage.
