Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and supervise the Water Management Plan covering surface water and groundwater systems.Lead and control environmental monitoring programs including surface water, groundwater, and treated mine water discharge.Oversee water control infrastructure such as sediment ponds, dewatering systems, diversion channels, and water treatment facilities (WTP/STP).Ensure full compliance with environmental permits, RKL-RPL commitments, and applicable Indonesian water quality standards.Monitor water balance and manage mine water flow to mitigate environmental risks.Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for any exceedance or non-compliance.Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS), including ISO 14001 compliance and audit readiness.Prepare accurate environmental reports for management and regulatory authorities.Lead, mentor, and supervise the site environmental team.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering (mandatory).Minimum 7–10 years of experience in environmental management within mining operations (gold mining experience preferred).Strong hands-on experience in surface water and groundwater monitoring and management.Solid technical knowledge of water treatment systems and mine water control.Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and permitting requirements.Proven experience handling environmental investigations and compliance issues.Strong leadership capability with a solid field presence.Willing to work on a site-based roster in South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the annual PPM (Community Development and Empowerment Program) plan across operational sitesFormulate strategies, policies, and guidelines for the implementation of CSR/PPM programsCoordinate with site CSR teams to ensure effective and aligned program implementationMonitor and evaluate CSR/PPM program implementation across operational areasConduct analysis of community needs to support sustainable community development programsReview and develop flagship PPM programs aligned with company and government prioritiesConsolidate and review CSR activity reports (monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual) from all sitesEnsure CSR/PPM implementation complies with applicable government regulations, including Kepmen ESDM related to PPM
