ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll, overtime, and allowancesAdminister employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, leave, pension, etc.)Maintain and update personnel data and employee filesHandle employee inquiries and grievances related to compensation and personnel issuesSupport industrial relations activitiesPrepare HR reportsAssist in internal and external HR audits
QualificationsBachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Psychology, Management or relate majorsHave experience minimum 2 years as Payroll or Compensation & BenefitCan operate software HRIS or Microsoft OfficeGood in English

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests and issuesOversee raw material inventory and ensure timely supply. Collaborate with Purchasing to avoid shortagesTrack production progress, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operationsCollect and analyze production data to inform decision-making and cost controlLead and develop the production planning team, setting goals and evaluating performanceWork closely with other department to ensure efficient communication and coordinationContribute to optimizing production processes and staying updated on industry trendsQualificationsBachelor's degreeFresh graduates or graduates with experience in production planning (PPIC)Good in English
