Job Description : Analyze and map existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Translate business processes into process modelling (BPMN 2.0 / Microsoft Visio) and develop structured Business Process Blueprints and SOPs.Lead Business Process Improvement / Transformation initiatives, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and implementation of relevant frameworks, tools, and methodologies.Conduct data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver actionable insights and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Improvement / IT Business Analyst (experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus).Strong understanding of Business Process Management and Process Improvement frameworks.Proficient in process modelling (BPMN 2.0) and Microsoft Visio.Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment.
