    What you will do :Deliver monthly and annual sales targets for the LKA/MTI channel within the region, specifically driving the growth of the product portfolio.Ensure distribution for the Must-Sell-List (MSL) and manage the seamless listing of new SKUs across all regional accounts.Drive In-Store Excellence by securing product availability (OSA) and maximizing visibility (End-caps/POSM).Develop and execute regional-specific promotion plans and tactical visibility initiatives while maintaining strict control over the trade spend budget.Oversee the end-to-end PO-to-DO process, minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) occurrences and managing distributor performance.Maintain strong partnerships with regional LKA/MTI buyers to ensure 100% compliance with national promotion programs and store-level execution.

Lead our agronomy and processing operations with us.What you will do :Lead and manage Agronomy, Coffee Processing, and Livestock operations (goat farming and civet breeding) to ensure efficient and optimal performance.Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and cost control across agronomy, processing, and livestock activities in alignment with business objectives.Develop and implement sustainable coffee cultivation strategies covering the full cycle from land preparation and nursery to crop maintenance and harvesting.Supervise coffee processing operations including post-harvest handling, fermentation, drying, and storage to maintain product quality and consistency.Manage livestock operations including animal health, nutrition, breeding, and welfare to support the coffee production ecosystem.Establish operational standards and ensure compliance with environmental management and occupational health & safety (HSE) policies.
    We are looking for you who:Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation, Animal Science or any related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation, agriculture, or related operations.Experience in coffee post-harvest handling and processing, such as fermentation, drying, grading, and storage.Knowledge of livestock management, including animal health, nutrition, breeding, and farm operationsUnderstanding of coffee cultivation practices is highly preferred.Willing to be based in Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi.
