    We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in Brand Management and Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry. In this role, you will lead end-to-end brand execution, develop impactful trade marketing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales performance and strengthen market positioning. You will leverage market insights, consumer behavior, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns, manage in-store activations, and ensure strong ROI.
    Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end brand execution to strengthen market positioning and brand equityDevelop and implement trade marketing strategies to accelerate sales performance across channelsCollaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and commercial prioritiesAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize marketing initiativesManage promotional activities, in-store visibility, and activation programs to maximize ROIMonitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
    Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience as a Brand Executive or a Trade Marketing Specialist in FMCGStrong understanding of brand management and route-to-market strategiesFluent in English (both written and verbal)Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWilling to be placed at the Headquarter Office in Bandung

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Control Specialist to help drive cost efficiency and financial transparency across our growing QSR operations.In this role, you will monitor and analyze company costs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong cost discipline and data-driven financial decisions.
    Roles & Responsibilities:1. Budgeting & Forecasting SupportProvide historical data and trend analysis required for the budgeting and forecasting process.Proactively identify cost inefficiencies, waste, and potential savings opportunities.Develop cost analysis models to support business strategy and company objectives.2. Cost Monitoring & AnalysisMonitor and analyze company-wide cost performance.Conduct analysis of actual costs versus budget and forecast.Perform variance analysis and root cause investigation, and recommend corrective actions.3. Cost Control ImplementationDevelop and implement cost control procedures across departments.Ensure compliance with company cost standards and policies.Conduct periodic reviews of the cost structure to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.4. Reporting & Financial AnalysisPrepare regular reports on cost performance and cost efficiency metrics.Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support the FP&A team.Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner team to maintain accurate financial master data (rates, tariffs, and overhead allocations) used in FP&A analysis.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounting teams to monitor and control costs.Promote cost awareness and financial discipline across departments.
    Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+years experience in cost control, financial analysis, or FP&AExperience in F&B, retail, or QSR industry is a strong advantageExperience in using SAPStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsProficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyWilling to be placed in Bandung.
