Brand Manager OTC
About the JobThis role will ensure sustainable business growth of the Consumer Health Division brand (OTC) in the country by developing, implementing, and controlling the marketing plan and supporting external parties.
What is your responsibility?Assist in developing and implementing OTC brand strategies with the country team to achieve business objectives.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities in the country.Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels in the country.Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and the country team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Monitor and report on brand performance, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback.
Who are we looking for?Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Having at least 2-3 years of working experience as a Brand Manager in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.Strong analytical, communication, and creative thinking.Good communication in English, both verbal and written.Willing to be relocate to Africa Region / Southeast Asia
