PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is looking for Performance Improvement Manager, this role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This role will drive performance improvement across our Readymix (RMC) operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China by enhancing financial and non-financial KPIs. This role involves planning, communicating, and leading optimization initiatives, coordinating with various teams, and promoting continuous improvement across the entire RMC value chain.
Responsibilities:Drive performance improvement at our RMC operations through enhancing financial and non-financial KPIs.Assist operations with the implementation and adherence to the Minimum Operating Practices (Operating Model).Implement review cycles of operational and financial KPIs between CCR and operations as well as within operations with a strong focus on continuously improving their operating marginsCollaborate with local country managers to bring awareness of good practices and identify new opportunities.Monitor and follow up on improvement opportunities, aiding local management to achieve goals.Work with Global CCR and other headquarters functions to help shape the future of Heidelberg Material’s RMC business.Plan, communicate, and lead optimization visits for RMC operations, involving various teams (Sales, QC, Logistics, Production).
Qualifications:Degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industryConcrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering, processes, control systems, and staff managementAbility to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other.Ability to apply technical recommendations in a pragmatic, hands-on way to the actual operating environmentStrong analytic skills and the ability to engage people into a data-driven management cultureHighly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills, and the strong desire to work alongside and support our line management with all aspects of continuous Performance ImprovementStrong communication skills to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO in an international environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially ExcelStrong ability to coach and motivate peers without direct lines of authorityStrong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus.
