RESPONSIBLITIES:
Co-ordinate with HQ- Singapore for new products developments of tobacco packaging.Monitoring Plates Processing.Monitoring Plates Output Conditions.Monitoring and hands on experience on artwork arrangement to ensure smooth executions.Co-ordinate with printer to ensure to meet client Requirements.Colour Management.Work with Quality Assurance to ensure that quality products are produced on a consistent basis.Contribute to manufacturing objectives for quality, productivity and service through appropriate incremental process improvements or re-engineering techniques as appropriate.Develop specifications and process capability criteria as required by working closely with Tech Services, Manufacturing and Development Engineering.
Requirements:Bachlors Degree in Printing & Graphic artsFive or more years Pre-press management experience.Five or more years Pre-press hands on experience.Demonstrated innovation, creativity and decision-making abilities.Flexible in relations with others and in the management of continuous change.Good planning and problem-solving skills with proven track record in achieving results through or with other team members.

Position Overview:To support the achievement of production volumes by ensuring uninterrupted supply of production machinery at required parameters in the operation and maintenance, in accordance to standards, policies and procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation as well as government regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Operate as technician to support production and services during the production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.
Requirements:Minimum Senior high schoolMinimum 2 years experience as technician in Flexo / Digital printing, preferably with experiences in Gallus Digital Printer and Label MasterUnderstand Electricity, Pneumatic system, Mechanic and Electronic and understanding about PLCAble to speak English.Can read machine drawingFamiliar with printing processReady for Job Location in Batam
