    Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Technician for Kempinski Private Residences with the following requirements:
    Qualifications:Technical High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician.Knowledge of HVAC, Power Generation (Genset), Elevator & Escalator systems, and Control Room operations.
    Job Descriptions:Operate and perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and related equipment.Maintain company property in an optimal and efficient manner.Ensure the safety and comfort of tenants and employees.

    Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Leasing with the following requirements:
    Qualifications:Bachelor Degree from any majorHaving a minimum of 4-6 years working experience as a Leasing Coordinator in retail or shopping mall. Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office. General IT proficiencyExcellent in English, both written and spoken.Having a networking and knowledge with F&B Brands.Proactive and eager to learn.
    Job Descriptions:Conducts tenancy negotiation with prospective tenants to achieve department occupancy target rate. Prepare lease documentation: rental calculation, offer to lease, supporting document, down payment and other deposit collection, lease agreement application, and other leasing issues associated with the tenants.Supervises the processing and approval of client and lease assignment or lease termination on the unperformed tenant, tenancy mix, and opening of the leased unit.Gathers and analyze the benchmark of leasing strategies, and stays up to date with the new brands to the market.Handling leasing inquiries and maintain the database.Provides and maintains an exceptional client service for maximum client satisfaction.

    Job Descriptions:Prompt, courteous & responsive to all tenants’ inquiries or complaints received by phoneForwards inquiries or complaints raised by tenants to the concerned departmentEnsure all incoming technical inquiries or complaints are well disseminated to the departments concerned, monitor the feedbacks and ensure the feedbacks are well informed to the tenants until the issues are finishedRecord and report the tenant’s complaintReport on the discoveries of repeat issues to the superiorEnsure the implementation of SOP
