    Job Overview:A KOL Specialist is responsible for driving brand growth through effective influencer marketing strategies. This role focuses on identifying and collaborating with suitable Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create impactful campaigns across digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The KOL Specialist manages the full campaign lifecycle—from outreach and negotiation to execution and performance analysis—while ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.This position requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of social media trends and influencer landscapes to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end KOL/influencer collaborations (sourcing, outreach, execution) Create clear and engaging content briefs aligned with campaign objectives Coordinate with KOLs to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery Review KOL content to ensure it meets brand guidelines Handle administrative tasks (MOU/contracts & invoice processing) Stay updated with trends in the beauty and influencer marketing industry
    Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing Basic understanding of KOL management and campaign execution Experience in creating briefs and reviewing content Familiar with administrative processes (MOU & Invoice) Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Must have experience in the Beauty Industry
