What Will You Do :
Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs, ensuring adherence to evolving regulations.Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, government bodies, and external legal advisors for licensing and compliance matters.Review and oversee high-value commercial agreements, identifying legal risks and safeguarding business interests.Supervise and approve licensing activities, including applications, renewals, and regulatory audits.Direct legal due diligence processes for projects, partnerships, and acquisitions; lead legal risk assessments.Lead, mentor, and develop the regulatory team, fostering knowledge sharing and performance excellence.
What We are Looking for : Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Business.At least 5 years in regulatory, legal, or compliance roles.Strong grasp of Indonesian regulatory environment and legal framework.Excellent negotiation and legal risk assessment capabilities.Good in strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management.Willing to work onsite from Cikarang.
What You Will Do :Supervise daily payments, fund transfers, and treasury transactions in SAP and e-banking systems to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and liquidity, coordinating with AR/AP teams to optimize collections and disbursements.Ensure compliance with treasury policies, tax regulations, BI/OJK requirements, audit standards, and corporate governance.Review cash positions, bank reconciliations, FX exposure, and prepare regular treasury and management reports.Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support regulatory reporting and treasury analysis.
What We're Looking for :At least 3 years experience handle treasury, with supervisory role as a plus point. Strong knowledge of treasury processes and local tax (PPN & PPH) practices.Proficient with accounting systems (SAP) and MS Excel. Attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Professional proficiency in English language. Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
