About The Role:The Asset Management Sr. Analyst is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s asset lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. Driven by a commitment to Honesty and transparency, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records and providing the analytical insights necessary for data-driven decision-making. What you’ll do (Responsibilities):Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle (acquisition to disposal) with an Agile mindset, ensuring resources move quickly to where they are needed most.Ensure asset records are accurate and compliant; we value Honesty in reporting to ensure we are always audit-ready and transparent.Proactively develop and improve asset management procedures to keep pace with a changing business environment.Monitor utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities, balancing fiscal responsibility with the needs of our people.Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Procurement on asset handovers and returns, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all team members.Conduct regular physical and system-based checks to maintain a "single source of truth" for our inventory.Analyze data and prepare reports that tell a clear, Honest story of our asset health to support management decisions.Resolve asset discrepancies and escalations with a fair and timely approach.Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities, helping us stay Agile in our financial planning.
What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, operations, or administration.Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and internal controls.Experience with asset management systems, ERPs, or inventory tracking tools.Ability to interpret data and prepare actionable, Honest reports that guide strategy.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.The Agility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; the ability to listen with Empathy and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Sheets.
