  • About the role:As a Business Consultant specializing in revenue-focused implementations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by strategically introducing and implementing our company's ESB products to clients. Your primary objective will be to exceed revenue targets through the successful adoption and optimization of our cutting-edge ESB products.
    What you’ll do (Responsibilities):Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by practicing Honesty and Empathy to deeply understand their unique business needs, challenges, and objectives, and to build long-term trust-based partnerships.Surpass revenue targets through an Agile and consultative sales approach, positioning and selling ESB products with Honesty and clarity, clearly demonstrating their direct impact on clients’ operational efficiency and business profitability.Oversee the end-to-end implementation process with Agility, proactively managing changes and risks to ensure seamless integration of ESB products into clients’ operations while consistently meeting agreed project timelines.Provide strategic consulting services grounded in Empathy and Honesty, delivering practical insights and recommendations that align with clients’ business goals, support sustainable growth, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
    What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):At least min. 2-4 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.Diploma Degree, but preferable Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.A customer-oriented attitude.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Problem solving aptitude.Ability to work well in a team or self.Working location: Batam area

  • About The Role:The Asset Management Sr. Analyst is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s asset lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. Driven by a commitment to Honesty and transparency, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records and providing the analytical insights necessary for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a professional who approaches asset management with Empathy, understanding how tools and resources impact the daily lives of our employees, and the Agility to adapt our processes as the company continues to scale and evolve.
    What you’ll do (Responsibilities):Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle (acquisition to disposal) with an Agile mindset, ensuring resources move quickly to where they are needed most.Ensure asset records are accurate and compliant; we value Honesty in reporting to ensure we are always audit-ready and transparent.Proactively develop and improve asset management procedures to keep pace with a changing business environment.Monitor utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities, balancing fiscal responsibility with the needs of our people.Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Procurement on asset handovers and returns, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all team members.Conduct regular physical and system-based checks to maintain a "single source of truth" for our inventory.Analyze data and prepare reports that tell a clear, Honest story of our asset health to support management decisions.Resolve asset discrepancies and escalations with a fair and timely approach.Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities, helping us stay Agile in our financial planning.
    What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, operations, or administration.Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and internal controls.Experience with asset management systems, ERPs, or inventory tracking tools.Ability to interpret data and prepare actionable, Honest reports that guide strategy.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.The Agility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; the ability to listen with Empathy and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Sheets.
