  • People & Culture Business Partner Manager

    Responsibilities :Drive alignment between business strategy and HR strategy by ensuring the integration of organizational culture, policies, and HR Programs within operational units.Analyze employee engagement, workplace behaviors, and team dynamics to ensure effective policy implementation, and provide data-driven insights to management on HR initiatives and their impact on business performance.Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders by identifying key HR matrics (e.g., turnover, productivity, talent readiness, workforce capability) and potential talent risk before they affect business targets. Provide recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development to support both short and long term business objectives.Actively contributes to the performance management system for the relevant business units, covering all phases - from objective planning, mid-year check in, and year-end evaluations to calibration and the financial impact of the overall process.Proactively manage industrial relations and employee relations matters, offering strategic consultation to management in handling grievances, performance issues, and organizational dynamics to mantain operational stability and team productivity.Facilitate change management initiatives by serving as a mediator in conflict resolution, navigating organizational political dynamics, and ensuring employee readiness and adaptability during business transformation or structural changes.
    Qualification :Minimum 5 years working experience as a HR proffesional with leadership level on a consultative and partnering basis, preferably in retail industries.Possess advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures as well as labor regulations.Experience of using a recognized HR software /database system.Proficient in Ms. Office for data analyzing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong consultative style.Ability to establish effective relationshipAttention to details and good analytical thinking.Collaborate, persuade, and influence.
