Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.Job Accountabilities :Supervise Transfer, loading and discharge of marine cargo for dry bulk and liquid chemical.Responsibility in ensuring that cargoes are correctly and efficiently placed where they should be, according to safety & environmental standardsEnsure that the cargo is unloaded and discharged properly and in a timely manner.Handles all paperwork and coordinates with all parties involved in the cargo shipmentCommunicate as needed with clients stakeholders, especially regarding the progress of the marine operations.Conduct ship vetting before charter as per ship nomination from sales DepartmentImplement overall asset integrity programs, support Engineering and Maintenance teams toward operation excellence.Prepare and submit daily basis report for operation routine-non routine activities, Port equipment performance/abnormalities and key performance indicator
Qualifications Min Diploma Degree from Marine Institute / Holding Marine Certificate (ANT-2 /Master Mariner)/ Marine or Chemical EngineeringHave experience min 6 years as Chief Officer or Loading Master handle tanker shipHolding Loading Master Certification is a mustHolding ISPS Code (PFSO / SSO certificate )Holding IMDG Code training certificate (Holding IMSBC Code Training certificate is an advantage).Understanding of laws and regulations related to safety, maritime security, and environmental protectionHave expert knowledge about vessel operations, as well as the associated shore Port operationsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
