  • Technician (Capsule Maker)

    POSITION INTRODUCTORY: Providing technical support in term of electrical aspects and for electrical maintenance to manufacturing of cigarette product to meet production volume objectives within the defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as quality, productivity, cost, safety, delivery time, industrial/ environmental peace, and continuous improvement spirit.
    RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for machine set-up, conversion, troubleshooting, support and fast action taken to solve machine breakdown during working by shift. Evaluates and assesses machine problem by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a time manner. Complete other duties as assigned by technical shift leader including working during the shift as necessary to support production if needed. Performing preventive & corrective maintenance by following the WORK ORDER instruction from technical shift leader. Diagnostic and analysis if the machine need to do some corrective maintenance by writing the WORK ORDER request to get time slot & spare part replacement to maintain the machine performance. Follow SAFETY regulation, guidelines, and company procedure SOPs always. Deep analysis study for the repeated machine stoppages & reducing reject and wastage related electrical issues. Maintain and follow the 5S Procedure at working place area. Good team player and able to work & manage new situations exceptionally as well.
    REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Industrial Engineering Strong understanding in Mechanical transmission systems (gearbox, chain, belt, cam system), Bearing and lubrication systems and Pneumatic systems (cylinder, solenoid valve, FRL unit) Very good on work of mechanical / mechatronic troubleshooting. Very good used the Microsoft Office work (Word. Excel, Power Point) Strong English Languages

  • Facilities Technician

    POSITION INTRODUCTORY:Utility Technician is a skilled professional who performs installation, maintenance, and repair on utility systems like water, sewer, compressor, aircon, gas, lighting, building, metal work, civil work, and electricity, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include performing inspections, troubleshooting problems, installing equipment, conducting repairs, and adhering to safety standards to prevent service interruptions. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in various environments. Placement : PT. Blue Ocean Labs
    RESPONSIBLITIES:Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of factory facilities: HVAC systems, cleanroom environment, air compressors, water supply & wastewater systems, lighting, and other utilities.Monitor and operate facility equipment to ensure smooth and reliable performance with minimal downtime.Respond quickly to facility-related breakdowns and failures to support uninterrupted production operations.Diagnose issues in utilities (electricity, HVAC, water, compressed air, exhaust systems) and execute corrective actions effectively.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for utilities, ensuring long-term equipment reliability.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, spare part usage, and downtime events.Ensure all facility systems and equipment comply with workplace safety (EHS/K3), fire safety, and environmental regulations.Regularly check fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers) to ensure readiness.Monitor and optimize facility energy consumption (electricity, water, compressed air, HVAC usage) to reduce operating costs.Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of utilities to support new production lines or plant expansion.Work with contractors and vendors during major facility projects, ensuring proper handover and documentation.Update technical documentation such as facility layouts, utility schematics, and maintenance logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:Min Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering.Fluent in English verbal and writtenAt least 2–3 years of facility/utility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of HVAC, pumps, compressors, piping, water treatment, wastewater, fire protection systems, and basic electrical installations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.Familiarity with EHS, safety, and environmental standards

  • Flavorist

    Flavourists; or flavour chemists, requires creativity, in addition to an above-average sense of taste and smell. He / She to have a good memory for scents. Ability to combine essential oils, plant extracts and aroma chemicals to create both artificial and natural flavours. Have the knowledge to conduct tests at the same time know / set up the processes of systematic testing in a laboratory environment on how flavours perform in various products. Engineer flavours that will end up in a variety of products.
    RESPONSIBLITIES: Motivation, patience, and a willingness to experiment are also important. Flavorists must have the ability to work well in a team environment, because they often rely on others to give them feedback on flavors. Provide timely responsiveness to ongoing testing enquiries and processes. Certified Flavorist with the ability to create aspiring flavors from scratch or the relevant experience. Keep track of all test results and comments ensuring that they are recorded without any errors. Ensure proper data management is maintained in the database of the creations, ingredients, and supplies. Assist in resolving related issues where necessary. Provide knowledge support for product pricing, product costing etc. Attended to all matters pertaining to lab processes, testing procedures and results. Other related duties as assigned by Head of Flavors/Product Development Manager/Blender/representative of the company.
    REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree/Diploma in food science, food engineering, chemistry, food science or biology and/or 3 years relevant working experience in flavour area in any industry such as consumer product development, flavour technologies, flavour application and project management etc. Be capable of creating flavours from scratch using natural extracts, essential oils, and aroma chemicals. Basic experience in sensory evaluation of flavour raw materials and assessing potential for future use in creating new flavors and experience in working in a team-oriented environment collaborating with cross-functional teams locally/regionally. Have minimum overall experience of 2 years in the Flavour Industry within a creative function. Basic understanding of Flavours categories and a strong emphasis on Flavour creation and applications, raw materials and chemical processes and working experience in sensory research field. Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to details. Experience in working within tight deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment. Able to maintain confidentiality for all work-related matters. Creativity and scientific proficiency with a sensitive and distinctive palette.
