The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand day-to-day business challenges and identify opportunities where data and AI can provide solutionsCompile, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sourcesDevelop dashboards and visualizations to present insights in a clear and compelling wayPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and anomaliesBuild and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing (ETL/ELT)Apply basic machine learning models to enhance business insights (e.g., classification, forecasting)Work with big data technologies to handle large-scale datasetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, business, engineering)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experienceProficient in SQLExperience with Python, Tableau / Power BIExperience handling large datasetsBasic understanding of: Machine learning concepts & predictive analytics
