    Open Position: Team Leader Trade Finance 1
    About the RoleAs Team Leader Trade Finance 1, you will lead the development of digital trade finance services, focusing on LC Import and LC Export. You will identify customer needs, analyze business processes, and support the digitalization of trade finance services to improve efficiency and customer experience.You will work closely with product, operations, and IT teams to develop solutions, prepare business and functional requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will also monitor product usage, conduct benchmarking, and support the adoption of digital solutions across customers and internal stakeholders.
    ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs related to digital trade finance services, specifically LC Import and LC Export on the QLOLA platform.Support the development of digital trade finance solutions to facilitate submission, monitoring, and transaction management processes for customers.Conduct business process analysis for trade finance to support the digitalization of LC Import and LC Export processes.Collaborate with product development, trade operations, and IT teams in the development of digital trade finance features on the QLOLA platform.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements for digital trade finance development.Perform benchmarking of digital trade finance services against peer banks as references for product development.Monitor and evaluate customer usage of digital trade finance services.Support the development of educational materials and the socialization of digital trade finance features to customers and internal business units.
    QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Finance, Management, Banking, or other relevant fields.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in trade finance.Strong understanding of trade finance products and components, such as Letter of Credit (LC), SKBDN, bank guarantees, and other trade services.Good knowledge of LC Import and LC Export business processes, including document flow and trade finance transactions.Strong interest in the development of digital trade finance services and corporate banking platforms.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs related to trade finance services.Excellent communication and coordination skills with business units, trade operations, product development, and IT teams.Experience in business requirements analysis and preparation of functional requirements for digital trade finance development.

    About the RoleAs Team Leader Product Research, you will lead the analysis of digital wholesale banking product performance by monitoring key metrics such as transaction volume, customer growth, and product utilization. You will be responsible for preparing periodic performance reports, generating data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.You will also conduct benchmarking against industry best practices, support the development of performance monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and digital adoption—to ensure effective implementation of insights and alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
    ResponsibilitiesConduct regular analysis of wholesale business performance, including customer growth, transaction volume, and utilization of digital products.Prepare weekly and periodic reports on the performance of digital wholesale banking products.Perform data analysis to identify product usage trends, opportunities for feature enhancement, and potential development of new products.Generate and deliver data-driven insights to support product development and business decision-making.Conduct benchmarking of digital banking products against industry peers and best practices to identify improvement opportunities.Support the product development process through data provision, market insights, and customer needs analysis.Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards for digital wholesale banking products to support management decision-making.
    QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.Minimum 5+ years of experience in product research, data management, product strategy, or digital banking/fintech.Proven experience in conducting market research, user research, and feasibility/business case analysis.Strong understanding of digital banking products, including API/Open Banking and banking ecosystems.Ability to translate research insights into strategic recommendations and product roadmaps.Strong analytical and reporting skills, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, product usage, and business opportunities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.

You will identify and manage partnerships with external stakeholders, oversee end-to-end API integration projects—from requirement gathering to implementation—and coordinate closely with IT, product, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery. You will also monitor API performance, ensure alignment with open banking standards, and continuously optimize partnerships to drive business growth and enhance digital services.
    ResponsibilitiesIdentify strategic partnership opportunities with external stakeholders (corporate partners, fintechs, digital platforms, and digital ecosystem players) to support digital service integration via APIs.Design and manage API-based partnership implementation integrated with digital banking platforms.Collaborate with IT, product development, and business units to execute API integration with external partners.Develop business and technical requirements for API integration projects.Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, from requirement gathering and technical coordination to system integration deployment.Monitor and evaluate the performance and utilization of partner APIs.Conduct benchmarking against open banking and API ecosystem models from other banks and fintechs.Prepare documentation and reports related to API partnership development and digital service integration.
