    What skills and experience do you need?Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in EIT maintenance and supervision in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or LNG environments.Proven supervisory or leadership experience with a strong commitment to promoting and maintaining a safety-focused culture.Expertise in supervising installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems in LNG facilities.Ability to plan, assign, and coordinate EIT team resources for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Strong capability in interpreting technical documentation (electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, telecom schematics) and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Skilled in monitoring equipment performance, reviewing inspection/test results, and implementing corrective actions or technical improvements.Experienced in leading toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations, as well as managing contractor/vendor performance and compliance.Proficient in maintaining accurate maintenance records, asset performance data, and coordinating cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and other departments.Effective leader with strengths in team development, coaching, decision-making, collaboration, and change management, with certifications aligned to AMMAN competency standards and applicable regulations.

  • Some of your duties will include:Optimize operational efficiency, generation capacity, safety, compliance, and overall plant profitability.Lead and manage LNG power plant operations to meet generation targets, reliability goals, and environmental standards.Develop and update operational strategies to align with current and future generation demands.Ensure plant operations maximize owner profit while minimizing operational losses.Monitor operational performance indicators and provide timely, accurate reporting.Maintain strong coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site operational procedures.Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and timely submission of all required reports.Enforce safe work practices, including full oversight of PTW/LOTO systems.Lead investigations into operational losses or performance issues and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and manage annual and five‑year operational budgets, optimizing cost efficiency.Oversee manpower planning, development, performance management, and succession planning for the operations team.Drive continuous improvement using organizational systems and technology to enhance operational planning and efficiency.Manage environmental programs including energy, water, resource conservation, and waste and emissions reduction.Ensure safety of all personnel and facilities, and report all hazards, accidents, and incidents promptly.
    What skills and experience do you need?Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 15 years’ related experiences. And minimum 5 years’ experiences in leadership level in similar role as Plant Superintendent Operations in LNG or similar industry.Deep knowledge and experience of start-up and operations of LNG power plant equipment and units.Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) sufficient to undertake this role.Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.Strong leadership and a people-oriented outlookGood in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution.Maintains a valid car driver's license.Site based in Sumbawa with regular working hours schedule (no roster)
