POSITION INTRODUCTORY: Responsible for leading and coordinating the planning function to ensure effective and efficient production schedules, optimal material availability, and inventory control. This role supports the overall manufacturing operations by balancing customer demand with production and supply chain capabilities to ensure timely product delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and capacity constraints. Translate forecasts and sales orders into weekly/daily production schedules. Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure schedule adherence. Reschedule or adjust plans based on machine breakdowns, material shortages, or quality issues. 2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Analyse Bill of Materials (BOM) and run MRP to determine material needs. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production. Collaborate with procurement to align material supply with production plans. Monitor open purchase orders and expected delivery dates. 3. Capacity Planning Assess production capacity (manpower, machines, shifts) against demand. Identify bottlenecks or underutilization and propose corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance and production to plan for downtime or upgrades. 4. Inventory Management Monitor and control raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods inventory. Optimize inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and overstocking. Work closely with warehouse and supply chain to ensure accurate stock tracking. 5. Coordination & Communication Serve as a key link between departments: Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and QA. Participate in daily/weekly production meetings and communicate planning updates. Resolve conflicts between production constraints and customer requirements. 6. Data Analysis & Reporting Track planning KPIs: Plan vs. Actual, Schedule Adherence, OTIF, etc. Generate reports on material consumption, production performance, and forecast accuracy. 7. Team Supervision Lead a team of planners/schedulers and assign responsibilities. Train and mentor team members on systems and planning techniques. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or supply chain functions in a manufacturing environment in Executive or Manager levelStrong analytical and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Excel mastery is a must Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Strong leadership and independent problem-solving abilities Fluent in English (written and spoken)
POSITION INDRODUCTORY:A Capsule Maker Technician operates, maintains, and troubleshoots capsule filling and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical capsules that meet quality and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include setup, calibration, monitoring, and quality checks; maintaining machine hygiene and performing preventative maintenance; adhering to GMP and safety guidelines; and collaborating with quality control and maintenance teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to document processes accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate as Capsule Technician to support machine operation & setup, calibrate, and operate capsule filling and sealing machinery for the product with different recipe.Ensure & monitor machine performance, fill levels, and other critical parameters to ensure accurate and consistent capsule production.Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications and timing.Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.Performs the tasks of maintenance planning Perform and analyses maintenance work orders.Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.

To support the production goals by ensuring that all machinery operates without interruption. This involves performing both the operation and maintenance of equipment to meet all required parameters. All work must be conducted in strict accordance with company policies, procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and government regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up machines to begin the production cycle.Monitor and adjust settings to ensure capsule & liquid machine operating correctly.Feed raw materials into the capsule & liquid machinery as needed to maintain continuous production.Inspect capsule & liquid products to ensure they meet specified quality requirements.Check the final output to identify and troubleshoot any machine-related errors or defects.Maintain a detailed log of all production activities, including machine performance and output.
