    About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head Internal Audit to lead and strengthen the Internal Audit function across the ABM Group ecosystem. This role will report directly to CEO to oversee risk-based audit planning, governance assurance, and advisory support to improve internal control maturity, risk management performance, and corporate governance execution at a group level. This position requires strong technical audit competence, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and professionalism to engage directly with the Audit Committee and C-level executives.
    Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee the Annual Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan covering all operational, financial, and compliance scopes across ABM subsidiaries.Lead and supervise end-to-end internal audit engagements, ensuring execution quality, risk alignment, and adherence to IPPF Internal Audit Standards and relevant OJK regulations.Review, finalize, and present audit reports to the Audit Committee and Executive Leadership, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based, actionable, and strategically aligned.Strengthen the internal audit methodology, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide advisory support to management on internal control enhancement, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) implementation.Monitor and report on audit findings remediation progress to relevant stakeholders and governance bodies.Lead, mentor, and evaluate the internal audit team to ensure high professional standards, capacity building, and succession readiness.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Master’s degree (MBA or MAcc) preferred.8–10+ years progressive audit experience, including but not limited to: Big Four public accounting firm, managerial experience in a publicly listed company (Tbk.)Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, especially for C-level and Board/Audit Committee reporting.Highly preferred certifications include Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Job Purpose:Manage, design, and oversee the development of company business processes, including planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation of company development programs to improve the effectiveness of work processes in the company's future business journey and increase competitiveness in facing future business challenges
    Key Responsibilities :Business Process Improvement Program Plan : Identify business needs through gap analysis, detailed development program design, activity scheduling, and determination of relevant parties to ensure that the company's business processes run efficiently and in a coordinated manner.Managing business process improvement initiatives : Analyze business process obstacles with relevant teams to design applicable development programs, while providing coaching to ensure that all improvements remain aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.Action taken on the implementation of business process improvement : Monitoring and reviewing the implementation of business process development programs with relevant parties on a regular basis, followed by evaluating their effectiveness and formulating necessary corrective actions.
    Qualifications :Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management; strategic communication skills to coordinate with high-level stakeholders.Minimum 12–14 years in Business Process Improvement (BPI), with 5 years in a senior managerial position, including around 4-6 years in the field of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. preferably from the energy or heavy equipment industry.Methodology Expertise: Expert in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), ISO, and change management for large-scale operational efficiency.Data Literacy: Understanding of Data Science (data analytics and AI) utilization to support decision-making and business process automation.Strategy & Leadership: Able to design business development roadmaps, coach teams, and align subsidiary processes with the holding company's vision and mission.

    Purpose Job :To implement risk management, ensure the completeness of the Risk Register, carry out timely mitigation, monitor risk levels, and analyze industry trends and the potential impact of emerging risks on the company.
    Job Description :Ensure that risk management policies and methodologies are effectively implemented.Implement and manage the company’s risk management process.Control corporate risks and ensure the completeness of the Risk Register.Ensure that risk mitigation actions are executed according to schedule.Monitor risk levels and prepare forward-looking projections.Review performance through the Early Warning & Risk Indicator Dashboard.Prepare monthly and quarterly risk implementation review reports.Organize risk management training, socialization, and discussion sessions.Act as an advisor and facilitator for the company’s risk management system.Facilitate Risk Assessments (identification, analysis, and evaluation).Provide recommendations for mitigation and identify emerging risks.Manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system and coordinate among risk owners.Analyze financial reports and contracts for risk evaluation.Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and new risks along with their potential impacts.
    Qualifications :Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics.Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably in coal mining contracting.Possess a professional certification as a Certified Risk Management Officer (CRMO).Proficient in Power BI, Data Science, and/or Power Apps.Strong leadership and communication skills.
