Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production to meet output and delivery targetsMonitor and improve KPIs (efficiency, OEE, on-time delivery)Identify production issues and implement corrective actionsManage line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower utilizationEnsure product quality and minimize defects/reworkImplement lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen)Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teamsPrepare production reports and drive continuous improvementLead, coach, and develop team membersEnsure compliance with safety and company standards
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience as Production/IE Supervisor (garment/textile preferred)Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering toolsExperience managing production KPIs and data analysisGood leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in MS ExcelAble to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
