What You Will Do:Responsible resolved site issues related to trouble ticket raised by others department and/or tenant by negotiating to land owner, community, etc.Negotiating to respective stakeholder regarding Colocation projects.Coordinate with other departments to update the site problem solving process.Build, maintain relationship and communicate with other external parties including government or non-government organization.Process, solving and manage all the issues related to community/in field issues.Collaborate with other departments and respective stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly.Collaborate to internal team and others department to align strategies, resolve issues, and ensure data and system accuracy.Liaises with land owner and/or community to solved any problems related to companyoperational activities.
What You Will Need:Have 2-6 years of experiences in Site acquisition, negotiating lease agreements, securing community permits, or related field.Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/ Civil engineering/ Law or related field of study.Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.Fluent in English both written & verbal.Able to handle a travel schedule of over 50%.Strong negotiation skills.Creative problem solver.Have knowledge of basic HSE.

What You Will Do:Monitor and ensure the performance and availability of DWDM network services on a daily basis.Perform initial troubleshooting and provide first-level response to incidents to ensure timely resolution.Analyze network issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to maintain service stability.Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and proactively follow up until resolution is achieved.Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.Track and maintain network performance metrics, including availability and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).Provide clear direction and technical insight for resolving network-related issues.Collect and analyze DWDM line performance data for reporting and improvement purposes.
What You Will Need:Minimum Diploma (D3) in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in network operations or related roles.Strong understanding of Fiber optic fundamentals and common issues, Basic DWDM technology, Networking concepts (LAN/WAN/MAN, OSI Layer, subnetting)Hands-on experience in networking and system environments.Familiar with network devices/vendors such as Huawei, ZTE, or similar.Knowledge or certification in MTCNA / CCNA is a plus.Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Able to work in a shifting schedule.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Fluent in English (written and verbal).
