    We Are Looking For
    As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will work within a technical operations team to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mechanical systems in the data center. You will manage day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep cooling and environmental systems running efficiently.
    Working closely with the wider technical operations team, you will follow approved procedures, support incident response, and help drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
    This role is open for both Cibitung and Cikarang.

    Your Job Responsibilities:
    Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC/CRAH units, AHUs, pumps, and associated piping systems in accordance with SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards, including HSE and applicable mechanical codes.Support the development, review, and implementation of operational procedures for critical mechanical equipment.Take a lead in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve system reliability and uptime, related with assigned system.Support change management activities, ensuring mechanical changes are properly reviewed, executed, and closed.Monitor capacity, performance, and energy efficiency of mechanical systems using BMS/DCIM tools and support optimization initiatives.Support major maintenance activities such as annual shutdowns, chiller overhauls, cooling system upgrades, and equipment replacement.Provide technical support to the design for upcoming data centre project and design-solutions, which add capacity, improve availability, and increase efficiencyCoordinate with operations teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve mechanical issues and support maintenance works.Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the operations team.Support cost optimization initiatives and participate in PTW, MOS, and Risk Assessment reviews.Interface with operation, process, project construction, design solution engineering team, environmental health and safety team to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered operation teamProactive to do site facility improvement to increase asset reliability
    Qualities You Should Have:
    Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or operations, preferably within data centers or other critical facilities.Familiar with cooling systems, HVAC equipment, and operational safety practices.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS, and CMMS/DCIM systems.Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    We Are Looking For:We are looking for a driven IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our data center. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. He/ she will station at the data center in Indonesia and will be responsible for the IT Infrastructure & Network activities of the data centers.
    Job ResponsibilitiesNetwork Management: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.Structured Cabling & OSP: Design and implement structured cabling systems and Outside Plant (OSP) installations for optimal connectivity.Server & Storage: Oversee server hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), and storage solutions (SAN, NAS).Telecommunications: Manage WAN links, ISP connections, and OSP installations.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and project success.Cybersecurity Champion:Advocate and lead cybersecurity initiatives for the data centre.Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.Conduct regular security audits and penetration tests.Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2 standards.Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly.Compliance & Audit: Maintain adherence to regulatory and industry standards through continuous monitoring and documentation.Process Orientation: Implement ITIL best practices and manage incident, change, and problem management processes effectively.Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Performance Monitoring: Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive improvements.Disaster Recovery: Ensure high availability and robust disaster recovery planning for critical infrastructure.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
    Qualities You Should HaveDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure and hosting environments.Prior experience managing contractors and technicians.Strong knowledge of DCIM, EAM, and other data centre management systems.Proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.Expertise in infrastructure deployment and production support.Technical background in Open Systems platforms, server, network, and security implementations.Experience with private/public Cloud environments.Familiarity with compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2.Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity strategy and operations as a champion.ITIL certification and strong knowledge of incident/change management processes.Ability to mentor and lead teams to resolve complex issues collaboratively.Independent, with strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
