Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies to drive user engagement and monetization in the Indonesian market.- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.- Collaborate with the product management team to implement new features and optimize existing ones.- Monitor and optimize KPIs related to spender acquisition, retention, and revenue.- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.- Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance in all product features.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or social platforms.- Strong understanding of the local digital market and cultural nuances.- Experience with in-app purchases, virtual economies, and user engagement strategies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English, proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
