  • Sales Manager  

    - Tangerang

    Job purpose: Reporting to the Country Manager, you will identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing customers through effective selling strategies at all levels to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage existing customers and develop new customers.Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of staff team on their contribution in attaining objectives.Provide flexible support for team members and other teams and foster a positive and a motivating environmentDemonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business or work process priorities. Facilitate and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.Regular customer meeting to understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention. Report regularly on sales revenue and project status/activity as required by the management teamConsistently provide feedback to Product Marketing/Industry Management teams regarding competition, product and/or market needs.Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for the Management, Product Marketing, and Industry Management as required.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.Maintain customers contact database.Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products. Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of Phoenix Contact products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
    REQUIREMENT:Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical /Electronics, or equivalent qualificationMinimum 10 year of sales experience in industrial electrical/electronic products of which 5 years is in a managerial role.Fluent in English, both oral and written.Ability to write analytical reports based on current business trends and data.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiar with current business trend and ability to strategize accordingly.Demonstrate ability to lead and able to perform under pressure.

  • Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer  

    - Makassar

    Job purpose: Reporting to Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of full range of Phoenix Contact products in all areas within Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage existing customers and develop new customers in South Sulawesi Indonesia area.Meet/exceed sales growth objectives as established by Sales leadership.Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.Regular customer meeting to understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.Prepare sales visits and project status/activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/or market needs.Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for the Management, Product Marketing, and Industry Management as required.Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.Maintain customers contact database.Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of Phoenix Contact products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
    REQUIREMENT:Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years experience in industrial electrical component sales.Experience within industries (Power, Process and Mining) will be a plus.Fluent in English, both oral and writtenPossess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantageExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Customer-driven and results-oriented.Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.Willing to travel within short notice e.g. Training, Trade shows, etc.

    Job purpose: You will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role provides critical financial insights to business leaders to drive strategic decision‑making and improve overall business performance.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Analyse monthly financial results, comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast.Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership.Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and trends.Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and support business decisions.Evaluate investment proposals, business cases, and capital expenditure plans.Support month‑end closing activities by providing financial analysis and commentary.Identify risks and opportunities to enhance financial performance.Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
    REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in management accounting or related field.Working Experience 5-8 Years.Experience in FP&A or business analysis is preferred.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with financial systems and BI tools is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Job purpose:We are looking for a talented and competitive personnel that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Support Outdoor Sales team on quotation generation, sets up appointments with potential customers.Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Execute customer purchase order and coordinate deliveries for assigned customers and ensure smooth running of freight operation and documentations procedures.Identify risks associated with different approaches of business process change in order fulfilment processes.Implement business process improvement solutions to achieve effectiveness in customer service operations.Always maintain customer focus, strive to exceed customer expectations wherever possible and respond to customers’ enquiries such as delivery schedules, quotations etc. promptly.Resolve customer complaints by being the focal person in driving for solutions.Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues to the Reporting Manager if appropriate.Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes for different business segments and communicate discrepancies/issues to Reporting Manager when necessary.Ensure internal and external customers are serviced promptly, respectfully and accurately.Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.Assist Reporting Manager and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to Reporting Manager when necessary.Support Reporting Manager and management on monthly report submission preparation
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years in indoor sales experience.Proficient in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS WordsCustomer-oriented with a pleasant personality.Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English in both written and spoken.Pleasant personality with initiative and customer-oriented.Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.Detail oriented, resourceful and ability to work independently.
