OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.
    Job Description:Support corporate strategy planning and execution across business functions.Work closely with the CEO and Business Heads on high-priority strategic initiatives.Build detailed business models, financial analyses, and strategic frameworks to support decision-making.Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership and investor meetings.Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, validate data, and drive execution of key projects.Gain regular exposure to investors and senior stakeholders, including participating in discussions when required.
    Requirements:1 - 3 years of work experience in consulting, investment, corporate strategy, or fast-paced operating environments.Strong experience in building investor-facing materials, including business models, financial analyses, and pitch decks.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.Structured and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and operating in high-expectation environments.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

    Responsibilities:Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, and creating reports that can be used to inform the overall business strategy.You will work with various teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and provide insights on key metrics.You will be responsible for communicating findings to stakeholders and aligning data-driven strategy.
    Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field is requiredHaving experience working in a consulting firm or a similar field is a plusPrior experience working as a Business Analyst / Consultant or related role (3-5 years)Proficient in MS Excel, SQL and Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau and PythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa)Ability to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in the automotive industry is a plusKnowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning is a plus

    Responsibility:
    1. Partner Acquisition & ExpansionIdentify, approach, and onboard new dealer and channel partners across assigned territories.Develop strong pipeline of high-potential partners aligned with company growth targets.Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements.Support market expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
    2. Partner Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for assigned dealer and agent partners.Build long-term relationships to drive loyalty and sustained volume growth.Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.Handle escalations and resolve operational or commercial issues.
    3. Revenue & Performance ManagementDrive monthly loan disbursement targets from partner channels.Monitor partner funnel metrics: lead volume, approval rate, conversion rate, and drop-offs.Identify underperforming partners and execute improvement action plans.Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and sales teams to optimize partner output.
    4. Channel Optimization & ActivationDesign activation programs and incentive campaigns to boost partner productivity.Conduct product training and refreshers for dealer sales teams.Improve partner onboarding journey and operational efficiency.Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
    5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth loan processing.Align on credit appetite and approval strategies to balance growth and portfolio quality.Support rollout of new products or financing programs to partners.
    Requirements:5–8 years of experience in partnership, channel sales, dealer management, or B2B business developmentExperience in auto financing, fintech, banking, or marketplace platforms preferredStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into actionWilling to travel within assigned regionsStrong execution capability and ownership mentality
