    Do you have a passion for building strong brands and creating impactful marketing strategies? We are seeking a Product Specialist to drive end-to-end 360° marketing, covering brand strategy, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations to strengthen our presence in the FMCG and beauty industry. In this role, you’ll help expand our market reach, lead creative campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to bring our brand to life across channels.     Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each product line, including efficient management of promotional budgets.Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels—both digital and offline—by creating strong and aligned communication materials.Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand exposure, attract consumer interest, and drive sales growth.Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and consumer behavior, then turn insights into actionable strategies.Lead and coordinate various marketing activities—from events and promotions to collaborations—ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
    QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, marketing, or a similar role.Background in FMCG or beauty industry is highly preferred.Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good eye for market trends.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and dynamic targets.Open to working full-time from our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta (WFO).

    We're looking for a National Sales Manager to join our creative team!In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving national B2B sales performance by developing strategic plans, managing distributor relationships, and optimizing promotional initiatives. You will lead a sales team, analyze market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maximizing ROI. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness market.
    ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies to achieve B2B sales target (Distributor).Maintain good relationship with Distributor.Create and propose promotion budgeting plan to support sales strategies.Evaluate effectiveness of promotion/activation towards the sales target.Create and manage sales budget for optimal resource allocation and maximize the ROI.Conduct analysis on the market to identify trends and opportunities to make data-driven and strong decisions.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, sonsumer insights and competitor activity.Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

    We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who is passionate about building impactful partnerships and driving performance through collaboration. In this role, you’ll focus on the execution, management, and budgeting of affiliate initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and brand visibility
