    About the Role:A proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & KOL Intern to support our marketing team, especially in preparation for upcoming outlet openings. This role offers hands-on experience in social media execution and influencer (KOL) coordination within the F&B industry.

    Responsibilities:KOL CoordinationContent & Social Media SupportCampaign & Opening SupportReporting & Administration
    Requierment :Available for a minimum of 3 monthsActive user of Instagram and TikTok, with awareness of current trendsComfortable communicating with people (KOLs, partners, internal team)Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut)Available for a minimum of 3 monthsAble to work onsite when required (especially during campaign / opening period)Organized, responsive, and detail-orientedPrevious experience in the F&B Industry is a Plus

    About The Role :A Finance Administrator provides administrative and financial support to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations within an organization. They handle routine accounting tasks, assist in financial reporting, manage documentation, and support the finance team with day-to-day operations.
    Job Responsibilities :Financial Data Entry & Record KeepingEnter and update financial transactions in ERP systems.Maintain organized and accurate financial records and files.Invoice & Payment ProcessingPrepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.Administrative SupportProvide clerical and administrative support to the finance team.Handle financial correspondence and assist with document preparation.Assistance in ReportingHelp compile data for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all financial transactions follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Requirements :Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principlesAttention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarit with accounting softwareFamiliar with Ms.ExcelStrong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWilling to be place in PIK Area
