The RoleAs an RPO Recruiter at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a dedicated recruitment partner to our clients, managing the recruitment funnel from inbound application screening through candidate interview coordination and documentation readiness.
This is a performance-driven role with strong emphasis on speed, organization, and candidate care.
Key Responsibilities
Application Review: Screen high volumes of inbound applications and identify strong candidates quickly and consistently.Candidate Vetting: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication ability, and overall fit.Interview Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and candidate preparation.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure steady pipeline flow against hiring targets.Documentation Readiness: Ensure candidate profiles are complete and client-ready, including CV quality, screening notes, and required documentation for overseas placement.Stakeholder Updates: Provide clear updates internally and support communication between candidates and clients.Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve sourcing, screening workflows, and candidate pipeline efficiency.
Requirements2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency or RPO environment.Proven experience recruiting for International markets.Strong background in high-volume hiring environments.Familiarity with ATS platformsExcellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.Highly organized with strong follow-through on candidate communication and documentation.Availability to work late-evening hours to support international clients.Bonus: Experience recruiting for hospitality, F&B, or overseas manpower placement.
