Gambaran Pekerjaan:Mengawasi seluruh proses pembuatan pola, mulai dari prototipe hingga produksi.Memastikan presisi pola dan detail teknis sesuai dengan spesifikasi desain dan SOP.Memimpin tim untuk memastikan seluruh jadwal pengerjaan sesuai dengan jadwal produksi.Meninjau hasil sampel dan memberikan instruksi teknis untuk penyesuaian pola jika diperlukan.Mengoptimalkan konsumsi bahan (kain) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi.Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sample, Sewing, dan QC untuk memastikan eksekusi teknis berjalan lancar.Mengelola database pola baik digital maupun manual secara sistematis.
