Role & Responsibilities:
Assisting in executing orders both from Sales and customers directly in any kind of market (Regular Market, Negotiation Market, Cash Market) and ensuring proper order execution.Assisting sales in updating customers related to market information.Recording every transaction order from customers (order recording).Minimizing error in transaction input.Actively participating in mock trading.Executing Force Selling Orders.
Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Equity Dealer in Capital Market industry.Have an active WPPE license.Strong capability to execute orders on behalf of clients, including pre-trade and post-trade confirmation.Familiarity with daily processing & confirmation of trades.Have an understanding and responsibility to ensure all activities adhere to Compliance framework.Bachelor Degree from reputable universities in related majors.Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, ability to speak in Hokkien language would you be preferable.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement web/mobile UI/UX based on provided wireframes and business requirements.Gather, document and analyze business requirements in order to help define scope of software development initiatives. May include web/mobile page mock-ups and interaction prototyping.Produce and maintain documentation related to application software (e.q. scope requirements, logical and technical designs, testing and implementation plans).Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user reported issues.Play proactive support role and take ownership of technical issues, and work with internal/ cross functional/ external team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.Collaborate with team members in all aspect of software design, coding, testing, documentation & deployment.
RequirementsBachelor's, Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.2-5 years of experience in the full lifecycle of mobile-app development.At least 1+ years of experience developing applications using Tauri, React, or related web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust).Familiar with source-control system such as Git and Financial Technology/Stock Brokerage.Experience with Rust or system-level programming is a plus.Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, architecture patterns, and performance optimization for desktop and web environments.Solid debugging, troubleshooting & coding skills, with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise and improve coding standards across large code bases.Ability to complete product development cycles – from inception to production, scaling up, supporting new requirements, and re-architectures.Experience deploying desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and LinuxExposure to CI/CD pipelines for desktop and web application development.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven/pub-sub patterns.Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute releases with good degree of predictability.Ability to drive technical discussions and present your idea for the team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.Ensure compliance with IDX security codes and Maybank Group IT policies, including implementation of proper governance and documentation.Lead and guide the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, ensuring operational tasks are completed effectively and aligned with business priorities.Oversee change management, backup, and disaster recovery processes to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.Support IT and digital projects, ensuring compliance with internal IT standards and smooth transition to BAU operations.Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors, addressing findings and ensuring timely resolution of audit issues.Implement and maintain network and system security, including patching, configuration, and monitoring of routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.Prepare operational and compliance reports, providing updates to management and ensuring continuous improvement of infrastructure performance.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 9 years of IT experience, including 6 years in network engineering and 4 years in leadership or infrastructure management roles.Strong knowledge of networking (security & wireless), servers, storage, and infrastructure operations.Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL Server, routers, switches, and firewalls.Good understanding of Stock Brokerage Trading Systems and IT operations in a securities or financial institution.Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with senior management, peers, and subordinates, and perform well under pressure.Willingness to provide on-call escalation support and adapt to changing business needs.
