Job Description:
Develop work programs and evaluate the performance of the Medical Services Division.Plan staffing needs for the Medical Services Division, both in terms of quantity and quality.Develop training plans, both formal and informal, based on hospital needs.Attend coordination meetings with the Director and Board of Directors (BOD).Oversee the utilization needs of doctors in the Outpatient Department (OPD), Medical Check-Up (MCU), emergency, and critical care areas.Supervise the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Medical Services Division.Provide guidance to the OPD, MCU, emergency, and critical care departments.Propose necessary equipment for the Medical Services Division.Report the implementation of activities in the Medical Services Division to the Hospital Director
Job Requirement:
At least Medical Doctor, preferably Master's Degree/Postgraduate Degree in ManagementAt least 5 years experience at the same positionSkills: leadership, Planning, strategic, Analytical & critical thinking, problem solving, communicationStrong working knowledge of Indonesian medical regulation, code of ethics and other professional principlesFluent in EnglishPlacement area : Mayapada Hospital Surabaya
Uraian Tugas
Melakukan perencanaan dan koordinasi tahapan kerja dari pra hingga pasca konstruksiMenyusun schedule tahap pekerjaan dan Master schedule keseluruhan dan Analisa / review metode kerja kontraktorKoordinasi konsultan dan mengarahkan Kontraktor, NSC, Direct Contractor di lapanganKoordinasi dan bekerjasama dengan tim Facility & Safety Corporate maupun unitMenyelesaikan proyek secara tepat waktu, biaya dan mutu sesuai yang ditentukanKoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal Pamong Praja dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik sipil / Arsitek, S2 di project management jadi nilai tambah Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di bidang sama, berpengalaman Mid to High Rise Building/ Hospital Building lebih disukaiMemiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Project Management, CAD, Project SchedulingMemiliki sertifikasi PMP lebih disukaiLokasi kerja : Lebak Bulus - Jakarta Selatan
