Mayapada Healthcare Group is seeking a highly capable and experienced professional to lead the operations and strategic development of Mayapada Clinic.
Position: Head of Mayapada Clinic
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee overall clinic operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and patient careDevelop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standardsManage, mentor, and develop both medical and non-medical teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align clinic performance with organizational objectives
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with proven leadership experienceStrong understanding of clinic operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive performance and improve patient experience
