About the ProjectAs the Creative Campaign Manager, you are the engine room behind regional brand campaigns. Working closely with the Brand & Creative Lead, you ensure creative ideas are executed seamlessly across Indonesia and the wider SEA markets.
You sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, acting as the bridge between Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), external agencies, and internal stakeholders. This role calls for someone who can think big, move fast, and execute with precision, equally confident directing a social-first shoot and managing complex production timelines and budgets.
About the RoleCreative Stewardship and Social-First ExecutionAct as the subject matter expert (SME) across all creative production.Review and guide agency outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards and local cultural nuance.Safeguard creative quality from concept through final delivery.Lead the development of thumb-stopping, social-first content and campaigns.Guide agencies to create assets optimized for earned media, platform-native formats, and cultural relevance.Stay ahead of social trends to ensure content feels timely and resonant.
Stakeholder & Agency ManagementPartner closely with Country PMMs to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, compelling creative briefs.Manage agency workflows to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered on time and on brief.Balance creative ambition with practical constraints.
End-to-End Production Management and OPEXOwn the full production lifecycle — briefing, concepting, production, post-production, and asset delivery.Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing across multiple workstreams.Ensure smooth handovers and clear accountability at every stage.Maintain structured project trackers and organised asset libraries.Ensure stakeholder reviews, feedback, and approvals are clearly documented and actioned.Create clarity and order in a fast-moving creative environment.
About You5-10 years in a creative agency, production house, or in-house brand creative team, ideally from a creative background, to evaluate, boost and measure the creative output.Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and what drives engagement and shareability.Experience working in SEA market and a strong understanding of the local cultural, creative, and social landscape.Comfortable using AI and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Gemini, Flow) to speed up ideation, mockups, and iteration.Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly sell creative ideas to internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think in big ideas while obsessing over craft-level details (e.g., color, typography, pacing).

You sit at the intersection of organisation and execution, acting as the bridge between the Brand/Creative, Community, and Analytics leads. You are the one who creates clarity and order in a high-velocity, world-class creative environment.
Operational Projects & SystemsLead the implementation of new tools (like creative review platforms) to speed up iteration across the organisation.Identify workflow bottlenecks and troubleshoot challenges across the creative and community workstreams.Maintain the team’s internal wiki, onboarding materials, and organised process documentation within the Workspace ecosystem.Support Analytics and Community to weave their data into cohesive, high-level weekly and monthly reports for the Brand Lead.Maintain status dashboards for all active projects to keep leadership informed and unblocked.
Meeting & Team OwnershipOwn and facilitate the weekly internal programme rhythm, including agenda setting and timekeeping for the regional team.Meticulously track meeting minutes and own the action item tracker to ensure leadership stays on schedule.Organise and execute strategic team events, including kick-offs, quarterly planning sessions, and team-building off-sites.
Budget & Contract AdministrationManage the department budget tracker and oversee finance processes, including raising POs and supporting PMMs with budget allocation.Coordinate with Legal to facilitate the contract lifecycle (NDAs/SOWs) for creators, agencies, and freelancers.Act as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding and administrative troubleshooting.
About You3–5 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Agency Account Management, ideally within the technology sector or a global creative agency.Proven track record of designing and implementing operational frameworks that transform complex creative workflows into scalable, streamlined processes.Strong proficiency in budget management, including direct experience with Purchase Order (PO) lifecycles, accruals, and financial tracking.Advanced expertise in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and seasoned experience in configuring project management software to build automated workflows.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creating accountability and ensuring smooth handovers between technical and creative teams.Meticulous approach to documentation, scheduling, and reporting to ensure consistency across all regional brand functions.

About You8+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, Policy Communications, PR, or related strategic communications roles.Strong understanding of the Indonesian policy, regulatory, and stakeholder landscape, ideally with exposure to digital platforms, media, technology, or other highly scrutinised sectors.Experience working at the intersection of communications, public policy, government engagement, and business strategy.Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and turn them into compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including leadership teams, external partners, regulators, and industry groups.High level of executive presence, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate sensitive or high-pressure situations with credibility.Strong project/programme management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across cross-functional teams.Experience using data, insights, and market signals to shape messaging, influence decisions, and support communications planning.A native Bahasa Indonesian speaker with business-level English is essential.
