  • General Affairs Specialist - PIK, Jakarta Utara  

    - North Jakarta

    As a GA Team, you will be responsible for managing factory facilities and operational support by overseeing maintenance, vendor services, asset and procurement administration, budget control, and basic IT infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
    What will you do?Manage and ensure factory facility operations (buildings, work areas, utilities, operational vehicles, and general facilities) run properly, safely, and effectively to support production activities.Coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities, including building maintenance and general equipment upkeep, while ensuring the workplace environment remains clean, organized, and comfortable.Manage vendors and outsourced services such as security, cleaning service, catering, transportation, and other supporting services, including monitoring vendor performance in accordance with service agreements.Handle procurement of non-production operational goods and services while ensuring purchasing processes follow company procedures and cost-efficiency principles.Manage GA administration and documentation, including vendor contracts, operational reports, asset inventory records, and vendor payment administration.Oversee company asset management, including asset recording, monitoring asset usage, and ensuring inventory data is accurate and well-controlled.Support internal operational needs, including facility arrangements for meetings, guest visits, company activities, and other employee-related needs.Monitor GA budget utilization and identify opportunities for operational cost efficiency.Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure all facility and operational requirements are fulfilled effectively.Provide maintenance and technical support for IT-related equipment, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, and other basic IT infrastructure.
    What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Operations Management.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably within manufacturing or industrial companies.Proven experience in facility management, vendor management, and operational administration.Strong understanding of facility management and asset management practices.Experienced in managing outsourced vendors and service providers.Familiar with operational procurement processes for goods and services.Able to prepare operational reports and manage budgets effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Strong communication and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good negotiation skills when dealing with vendors.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.An understanding of environmental regulations, facility management, and operational permits related to factory operations is preferred.Experience handling facility improvement projects or operational efficiency initiatives will be a plus.

    As a QC Team, you will be responsible to become ensure product quality and safety compliance by conducting inspections and monitoring, handling non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement.
    What will you do?Responsible for ensuring the quality and safety are in compliance with Lemonilo Standard.Responsible for sampling, incoming check, and product release.Responsible to monitor quality of Lemonilo products.Responsible for handling non-conformity.Continuous improvement in quality and safety.

  • Legal Manufacturing - Jakarta

    As a Legal Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for manufacturing operations, including handling dispute resolution, liaising with relevant parties, managing required documentation, supporting daily legal needs such as contract drafting, review, and legal research, resolving operational legal issues, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, communities, and government agencies.
    What will you do?Handle and coordinate dispute resolution related to manufacturing operations, including liaising with relevant parties and providing required documentation.Provide daily legal support to manufacturing and operations teams, including contract drafting/review, legal research, and resolving operational legal issues.Support stakeholder relationship management around manufacturing facilities, including local authorities, communities, and government agencies.
    What are we looking for?Law degree from an accredited reputable school.At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in reputable litigation law firms, or in FMCG or industrial companies.Experience in areas such as dispute resolutions, business and operational licensing, commercial contracts with vendors, land and property matters. Having knowledge in the FMCG and manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to reallocate to our manufacturing site in Serang.Proficient in Indonesian language and English, both in speaking and writing.

    What will you do?   • As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors, drive process improvements, and strengthen financial governance to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.
