To execute the sales/business in his/her region of Java or Sulawesi and develop strong relationship with distributor/dealer and retailer and supervise his/her team on free market (rice-corn-vegetables) to support B2C business strategy.
Responsibilities1) BusinessRegional Sales Manager execute the sales/business target on his/her area coverage which is Sulawesi
2) Develop the channel networksRegional Sales Manager has to develop the channel networks start from distributor or dealer, retailer-1 and retailer-2Regional Sales Manager has to do Retailers gathering in order to secure business process.
3) Develop the Launching StepsRegional Sales Manager in cooperation with Business Manager and Product Development Manager to prepare and execute the launching process for 2C Business in free market
4) Supervise all field activitiesRegional Sales Manager supervise all the field activities done by his team (Sales Executive & Field Assistant) in order to support demand creation for successful business.
Qualifications
Education: Master degree or at least bachelor degree in Agriculture or other related background if very qualification in this industry.Work Experience: Min 1 – 2 years’ experience as Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager or 3-4 years experience as Senior Sales Executive.Good organizational background, interpersonal and communication skills, with creative and innovative personality.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to speak in English (active) and computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).Ability to work independent and under pressure in order to meet all deadlines.
