  • About the JobAs a Quantity Surveyor - Project Budget Analysis Manager (Civil & Architecture), you are responsible to prepare, analyze, and control the project budget based on working drawings and technical documents for Structural/Architectural work, ensuring accurate cost estimates in line with project planning standards.

    About the JobAs an Accounts Receivable Officer, you are responsible to manage tenant billing and collections within a retail mall environment. This role focuses primarily on ensuring timely collection of rental, service charge, promotional levy, utilities, turnover rent, and other related charges from retail tenants.
