As a Statistician at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible to:Provide statistical analysis and modelEstimating sample size for the research projectsMake a simulation of the dataWork closely with the Research Team to discuss the result and resolve any issues related to the data
What we are looking for
To be our Statistician, you are required to:Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalentHave at least 2 years of working experience in similar fieldHave a good knowledge of statistical theory: Probability, model, multivariate statistics, and sampling methodAble to operate at least 3 of these statistical tools: Microsoft Excel, SPSS, R, Sawtooth, Lisrel, and PythonFluent in English both written and oral

What you will be doing
As a Quantitative Senior Research Executive in Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible for:Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects prior to senior review.Communicate effectively with teams and clients throughout projects.Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services to clients.Create proposals, refining research methodologies, and analyze data for insightful findings and recommendations.Deliver a presentation to clients.Demonstrate good, basic supervisory/mentoring practices for junior staff.
What we are looking for
To be our Quantitative Research Executive, you are required to:Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major (Social Sciences and humanities are preferable)Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a related fieldFamiliar with quantitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniquesHave exceptional analytical and logical abilitiesFluent in English, both written and oral
