I. Position Overview
Responsible for the company's overall operations management and strategic execution. Lead the team to achieve the company's annual goals and long-term development plans, ensure the efficient operation of production, sales, quality, and other departments, and drive the company's continued growth and brand enhancement in the Indonesian market.
II. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management and Operational Planning:-Formulate and implement the company's medium- and long-term development strategy and annual operating plan;-Optimize product and market layout based on market changes (especially the cosmetics and fragrance brand customer base);-Drive digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and supply chain optimization.
Team Leadership and Organizational Management:-Lead core teams including sales, production, technology to build a high-performance management system;-Establish a scientific performance appraisal mechanism and incentive system to enhance team cohesion and execution;-Develop a mid-level management team and promote the continuous improvement of organizational capabilities.
Operations and Performance Management:-Oversee production planning, quality control, cost management, and delivery cycles;-Optimize internal processes to improve production efficiency and resource utilization;-Ensure the company's operational safety, compliance, and sustainable development.
Market and Customer Relationships:-Maintain and expand Indonesian client base (especially for cosmetics and perfume brands);-Drive market expansion, brand building, and product innovation;-Participate in negotiations with major clients and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Finance and Risk Management:-Responsible for the company's operating results and financial health;-Establish a risk control system to ensure the company's asset security and stable cash flow;-Guide investment and financing, cost optimization, and capital operation strategies.
III. Qualifications
Education and Background:-Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, International Trade, or a related field preferred;-MBA or overseas management background preferred.
Work Experience:-At least 10 years of manufacturing management experience, including at least 5 years as General Manager or Deputy General Manager of a large manufacturing company (over 1,000 employees);-Familiarity with B2B international business and OEM/ODM models, especially production management experience for branded clients;-Experience managing multinational clients preferred.
Requirements:-Excellent strategic thinking, systems management, and execution capabilities;-In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, lean production, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP, etc.);-Excellent cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills;-Fluent English.
Personal Qualifications:-Results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit;-Ability to make decisions in complex environments and withstand pressure;-Open-minded and innovative, with the ability to drive organizational change.

To support our growing project operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to ensure smooth coordination and documentation across projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to project teams from project initiation to completion.• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables; follow up on action items.• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Warehouse) to support project execution.• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documentation.• Maintain accurate filing and version control of project records.• Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
