    QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields from a reputable university.Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills for professional business interactions.Prior experience in business development, sales, account management, or related fields is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced business environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Willing to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in the logistics industry.

  • ResponsibilitiesSupport daily translation and communication activities between local and Mandarin-speaking employees to ensure smooth coordination within the department.Assist managerial and operational teams in handling communication, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.Translate verbal conversations, meetings, emails, reports, SOPs, and other business-related documents accurately and professionally.Provide administrative support including data entry, report preparation, scheduling, and documentation management.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational processes run efficiently and according to company standards.Provide back-up support to team members and assist with additional operational tasks when required by management.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in handling daily operational matters.Continuously learn and develop knowledge related to logistics operations, business processes, and company systems to support long-term career growth.
    QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university.Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or working experience in translation, administration, or operations support will be an advantage.Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java, and able to work in a dynamic operational environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and logical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Possess strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop professionally within the logistics industry.
