Position: Talent Live Streaming Coordinator
What will you do:Arrange and manage host's schedules for Live Streaming and content production.Provide basic training on live streaming terms & conditions (T&C) and best practices to hosts.Deliver product knowledge training & training live streaming.Learn, compile, and summarize product knowledge for newly launched products.Monitor host's live streaming sessions and track their performance and development.Calculate and evaluate host's achievements based on performance metrics and targets.Ensure a positive and conducive working environment among hosts.Maintain host's punctuality, discipline, and professional work ethics.Prepare monthly performance reports, including achievement tracking and bonus calculations.Support the execution of creator events and act as a speaker when required.Participate in the recruitment process of host's.
What you will need:Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management or a related field.Strong communication, project management, and coordination skills.Ability to analyze performance data and calculate hosts’ achievements accurately.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.Experience or knowledge in live streaming, content creation, or talent management.Good understanding of product knowledge and ability to deliver training.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple talents.Able to multitask and handle multiple hosts effectively in a fast-paced environment.Confident public speaking skills, especially for training and events.Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
