Job description1. Compile and monitor the Sales division's annual work plan and budget, which includes operational aspects of the field and personal aspects so as to support the company's overall operations and development2. Develop sales strategies for both promotion and marketing to increase the company's revenue in achieving its vision.3. Developing products (marketing) in supporting the company reaches its goals.4. Analyze recommendations for promotional programs to fit the company's strategy and in accordance with a predetermined budget.5. Analyze market information in terms of competitors and others related as a basis for making marketing strategies6. Analyze the results of the realization of the promotion and marketing programs to determine the strategy of the next period.7. Control the implementation of marketing programs that have been made so that they can be implemented properly.8. Supervise and develop subordinates through work plans and targets, train, foster and assess subordinates' performance to increase their motivation and performance.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor Degree Marketing or any related major2. 5 Years Experience in field same3. Experienced in Edutainment, Theme Park, resorts, or 4 stars hotel is a must4. Able to speak English5. Ability to foster relationships with various parties (Networking)6. Can operate a computer (minimum MS Office and HR system)
