  • Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Officer. In this role, you will connect with schools throughout Indonesia (focusing in Jakarta), promoting IGN's programs and ensuring that schools and students recognize the value of global engagement opportunities.
    What You’ll Do:Develop and maintain relationships with international, private and public schools in Jakarta, leveraging your extensive network to encourage program participation.Present and deliver engaging information about our programs to school leaders, parents, and students, ensuring clear communication and excitement around our programs.Actively identify key contacts, visit schools, and foster relationships with decision-makers to achieve acquisition objectives.Develop a strong understanding of our programs and effectively communicate their value to potential partners.
    What We’re Looking For:Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer relations, or related roles, preferably within the education industry.Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written.A broad network of connections within international and private schools in Indonesia.Strong work ethic with enthusiasm and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and achieving positive outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Integrity and a positive attitude are essential.Experience in MUN-related programs is a plus.

  • Social Media Intern

  • Tax Officer  

    - Jakarta

    Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor the Tax General Ledger accuracy.Support the preparation of financial statements based on General Ledger data.Prepare ledger documentation for tax correspondence and audit processes.Assist in Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Pribadi & Badan) preparation.Support monthly tax reporting (SPT Masa) and proper documentation filing.Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and PSAK.Coordinate with Account Representatives (AR) or tax auditors regarding supporting documents.Report discrepancies or findings to supervisors.
    RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.1–3 years of experience in Tax and Accounting.Understanding of PSAK-based financial statement preparation.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation).Strong understanding of the accounting cycle and basic taxation (PPN & PPh).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Role Overview:The Lead Qualifier plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all incoming leads from IGN’s digital channels. This position focuses on welcoming leads, gathering essential information, and determining their level of readiness before passing them to the Education Consultant team. Your work ensures that every lead receives a professional and positive first impression while maintaining high data accuracy and smooth funnel flow.
    Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming leads quickly and professionally through WhatsApp and other communication channels.Greet and communicate with parents and students using warm, clear, and professional language.Ask essential qualifying questions (age, class, school type, location, program goals, etc.).Assess and categorize leads based on established guidelines.Record key insights accurately in Kommo to maintain clean and organized data.Forward qualified leads to the Education Consultant team.Update lead statuses consistently, ensuring no leads are left pending or without follow-up.Coordinate with the Education Consultant and Digital Marketing teams regarding lead trends and patterns.Follow communication standards, scripts, and internal procedures with a high level of accuracy.
    Requirements:Minimum education SMA/SMK; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, admin, support, telesales, or other communication-focused roles.Fluent in English is a must.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High discipline, accuracy, and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.Ability to handle ± 100-150 leads per day.Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.Experience in using Kommo would be a plus.Integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.Able to work independently and within a team environment.Interest in education and youth development is a plus.
