    Responsibilities1. Industry insight: insight into customers and competitors in this industry, analysis of gaps, root causes, and access to opportunity points/leads from the industry's dimension.2. Industry development: develop products and solutions, guide and develop sales from the industry dimension; responsible for the achievement of overall sales targets.3. Knowledge harvesting and empowerment: leading the collection of the industry's playing methods among different regions, forming benchmark cases to promote empowerment globally, building an arsenal, and enhancing the combat sales capacity of overseas regions.4. Iterative optimization: leading international market demand in the industry is reverse input to the domestic R & D/product departments and collaborating with the authorities to continuously optimize and form a closed loop to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of future-oriented solutions.
    Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and technology is preferred.2. Strong relationship and have resource in industries.3. Knowledge of the industrial automation industry and understanding of the basic functions of servos, inverters and PLCs and the application scenarios of their related solutions.4. Technical sales experience in well-known companies in the field of industrial automation preferred.5. Good self-drive, working independently and highly motivated.6. English is mandatory.

    Job Summary:
    We are currently seeking a Finance Professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial functions for the Indonesia entity, including financial reporting, taxation, and cost control, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting business operations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Financial OperationsManage daily financial activities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.2. Tax & ComplianceHandle all tax-related matters (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.Coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory requirements.3. Cost AccountingConduct cost analysis and monitor budget utilization.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.Prepare cost reports for management review.4. Financial Reporting & AnalysisProvide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.Monitor cash flow and maintain financial stability.5. Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders (including HQ, if applicable).Support audit processes and group reporting requirements.
    Requirements
    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).Strong understanding of Indonesian Taxation, Cost Accounting, and Financial ReportingDetail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.Capable of handling end-to-end financial processes.

    As the business continues to scale in the region, this role will be instrumental in building brand presence, leading strategic marketing initiatives, and driving market growth in a highly competitive automotive landscape.
    Responsibilities• Lead the overall marketing strategy and brand development for the Indonesian market, including brand positioning, brand identity management, and integrated brand communications, to drive brand recognition and sustainable market share growth. • Oversee the establishment and management of the sales system and dealer network, ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets while maintaining market discipline and channel compliance. • Manage government relations, industry engagement, and external partnerships to ensure regulatory compliance, policy alignment, and access to relevant industry resources. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, strengthening organizational capability and execution to ensure effective delivery of strategic objectives.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • More than 20 years of experience in automotive marketing and sales leadership, including at least 10 years in senior management roles with proven strategic and people leadership capabilities. • Solid understanding of the Indonesian automotive market, including dealer networks and channel management, with demonstrated experience in government or industry engagement. • Prior experience working with Chinese automotive brands in Indonesia is strongly preferred, with familiarity with Chinese operating models and international expansion requirements. • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
