  • UI/UX Designer

    Indonesia Defence Services Group is looking for a UI/UX Designer to architect the digital experience of our corporate and product websites. You will translate complex technology into clean, professional, and high-converting user journeys.

  • Quality Assurance Officer  

    - North Jakarta

    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality and Safety Management Systems. This role is key in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Officer will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
    Responsibilities:Be well-versed in the company group’s manuals, SOPs, forms, and applicable regulations/legislation.Maintain, revise, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and standardization across the group.Assist in planning, conducting, and following up on internal audits.Perform quality and safety inspections, prepare findings, and summarize reports.Deliver internal quality and safety induction training, toolbox briefings, and other mandatory training programs.Provide support during external audits and liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
    Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in the Engineering/Maritime/Defence Services/Aviation for the QA Officer roles. Shipbuilding, Ship repair experience would be an added value/ preferred. Certified or experienced as a Qualified Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor.Hands-on experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS).Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact effectively with customers.Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Quality- and safety-focused, with a high standard of professional ethics.Proficiency in IT tools for report preparation and data analysis.Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, or other relevant ISO standards.

  • Assistant Accounting Manager  

    - Jakarta Metropolitan Area

    The Accounting Assistant Manager supports the FAT Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills and solid knowledge of taxation to support financial closing, reporting, and statutory compliance.
