JOB DESCRIPTION:Support the setup and commissioning of battery production lines, including equipment installation and process validationDevelop, implement, and optimize battery manufacturing processes (e.g., cell assembly, formation, aging, and testing)Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production targetsTroubleshoot process issues and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtimeEnsure all production processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to improve overall manufacturing performanceAnalyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancementSupport the development of SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation for battery productionTrain operators and technicians on battery manufacturing processes and best practicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:FemaleBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)Minimum 4 years of experience in a battery manufacturing companyHands-on experience in battery production processesExperience in setting up or scaling up a production line is a strong advantageAble to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFluent in English (both written and spoken)
