The responsibilities will covering to:Master Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM), including Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework, Policy, Procedures and all relevant documents as per Group and Regulator,Driving an effective implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM), including implementing of Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Company, Supporting Head of ORM in implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM), keeping business operational during disaster by developing and testing recovery strategies so that business can resume normal operations as soon as possible following a disaster. Assessing possible risks and their impact on the business to identify vital processes that should resume with highest priority to minimize the negative impact of a disruptive event.Supporting Head of ORM in developing, revamping, and maintaining a good quality and promoting utilization of Operational Risk Tools (i.e. Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicator, and Loss Data Collection - LDC),Delivering accurate, timely, and good quality of regular reports (both internal and external reports), as required by Group and Regulator,Deal with and maintaining good communication with Regulator and Internal Stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in any major 7+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM, or related field.
