    Role OverviewWe are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical execution. The role works across teams to gather requirements, model processes, and deliver the analysis and documentation that turns ideas into shipped systems.
    Key Responsibilities- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications- Model existing and proposed processes using flowcharts, BPMN, and similar tools- Run workshops with stakeholders to scope projects and align expectations- Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs and project outcomes- Partner with engineering and product on solution design and acceptance criteria- Conduct user acceptance testing and support post-launch adoption

    Role OverviewWe are hiring an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle. The role spans onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and policy — keeping the people side of the business fair, compliant, and well run.
    Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns- Administer benefits, leave, and HRIS records- Support performance review cycles and compensation planning- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation- Partner with managers on employee relations and basic ER cases
